Voila! Je suis prete! La piscine vient tout juste d'arriver. Des gens de Toronto, Eliana et son mari sont venue l'installer. Elle est dans la future chambre du bebe. Au debut je voulais la metre dans ma chambre mais je trouvais que l'espace etait restreint. Mon amie Kim m'a dit de la mettre dans la chambre du bebe et j'ai trouve que c'etait une tres bonne idee puisqu'elle est vide pour l'instant il y a seulement la couchette que Yan m'a prette.
La piscine a un chauffe eau integre afin d'atteindre une temperature tiede. Ca prend environ une heure a remplir et elle sera remplie au 2/3. Il m'on donne 2 grand plastique qui couvre la picisne au complet. Un pour pratiquer et l'autre pour l'accouchement. Eliana a sugerre de l'essayer avant l'accouchement pour aider mon dos et aussi pour imaginer l'accouchement un peu comme quand les athlete visualise leur competition avant de la faire.
Albert est en charge de la remplir alors il lui on donner tous les intructions ce matin.

Wow deja 36 semaines! 4 autres semaines et nous lui verrons la bette! J'ai hate pis en meme temps j'espère avoir assez de temps pour qu'on puisse terminer la cuisine, le bureau et sa chambre...Ca parait beaucoup mais la cuisine devrais ce terminer d'ici la semaine prochaine. Et Sam. Dim. seront consacre a demenager le bureau au sous-sol.
Je suis allez chez ma sage femme hier et je mesurais 34cm. Je grossis normalement. Sont petit cœur batait a 130/coups/min. Elle s'est finalement retournee. Jusqu'a maintenant j'ai pris 23 livres. Je fais de la retention d'eau surtout quand il fait super chaud mais la, la temperature c'est calmee. C'est plus frais le soir. Mon nerf sciatique sur ma jambe droite me fait mal mais ca vient et ca repart...Je vais me faire masser et ca l'aide beaucoup. Ma main droite devient souvent engourdi a cause du tunnel carpien. Ca aussi ca vient et ca repart. Les joies de la grocesse! Mais c'est un petit prix a payer pour enfin devenir maman!
Wow already 36 Weeks! 4 more weeks to go and we can finally see her! I'm looking forward to it but I also hope that we have enought time to finish our kitchen, the office and the baby room. It sounds like a lot but the Kitchen hopefully will be finish by next week. The office hopefully will be move this weekend so we can start the babyroom.
I went to see the mid wife yesterday and so far so good. My belly mesured 34cm wish is growing niceley. Her heart beat was at 130/min and she finally turned. I gained up to 23 pounds so far. I have a lot of water retention because we are having a beautiful hot summer but right now the tempeture is giving me a little break. It's much cooler at night. My ciatical is killing me on my right lef and I have carpen tunel on my right hand all due to the pregnancy off course! But it is a small price to pay for finally becoming a mom! I'm going to massage and it helps a lot.
Ma bedaine mesure 30cm. Un peu sou la moyenne mais selon Jennifer (femme sage), tout ce deroule normalement puisque mon ventre grossis normalement. Le coeur du bebe est normal, dans les 130 coups/min.
J'ai deja pris 17 livres. Je n'ai toujours pas de rage de nourriture et je n'essais pas de manger pour 2 mais plutot de manger 2 fois mieux. Il me reste moins de 5 semaines de travail. Ma derniere journee de travaille sera le 26 Aout si tout se deroule comme prevue biensur!

Deja 7 Mois! Ca pas si vite! Je suis en pleine forme! Meme un peu trop. J'ai commencer a peindre le haut de la maison et je ne peux plus m'arreter. Une vrai maniaque! La maison n'a jamais ete aussi propre a pars que quand j'ai demenager il y a presque 9 ans, j'avais rien d'autre a faire dans ce temps la :) J'ai pris 13 livres jusqu'a maintenant. Je n'ai pas de rage de nourriture et j'ai du arretter de saler car mais jambes sont souvent enflees le soir et c'est inconfortable. J'essais de boire plus d'eau. Ca l'aide en tout cas!
Au oui, afin d'eviter les vergetures, je creme sans arret! Aussitot que je sens la moindre demangeaison sur ma bedais, je sors mon "Belly Butter". Jusqu'a maintenant ca fonctionne!
J'ai vu ma sage-femme mercredi et tout vas bien jusqu'a maintenant. Ma bedaine mesurait 27cm donc je suis dans la moyenne. La grosseur va avec les semaines et pour etre dans la moyenne il faut +1 , -1 ou egale aux nombres de semaines. Ma sage femme trouve que mes abdominos sont tres fermes a chaque fois qu'elle prend ma mesure. Elle me dit que c'est une des raisons pourquoi mon ventre ne parrait pas enorme. Elle m'a fait des prises de sang pour verifier si mon fer est au bon niveau. Je le saurais dans 2 semaines a mon prochain rendez-vous. Le coeur du bebe battait a 130-139, elle etait au repot.
J'ai commence a penser si je devrais aller faire l'echoe 3D. Je ne sais pas encore car je dois en discuter avec Albert. Je ne suis pas convaicu car je trouve les photos un peu "freaky". Aller voir sur google et vous verrer ce que je veux dire. C'est quand meme cool de pouvoir voir a quoi elle ressemblera. En tout cas je vous tiens au courrant de notre decision.
Bon je dois retourner finir ma peinture.

7 Months Already! It's so fast! I'm feeling really good! A little bit too good. I started painting upstairs at home I can not stop. A true maniac! The house has never been cleaner. I heard that I am nesting. What all pregnant woman do apparently. I gained 13 pounds so far. I have no craving except that I like my Ice cream.I had to stop using salt in my food and I'm trying to avoid things with too much sodium because my legs are often swollen at night and is uncomfortable. I try to drink more water. It does helps! Ah ya, exercises is the key but I'm too busy painting away :)

7 Maanden al. Het gaat erg snel. Ik voel me uitstekend,een beetje te goed want ik heb erg veel energie. ik begon een beetje te schilderen boven,maar kan niet meer stoppen.De ene kamer na de andere. Het huis is nog nooit zo schoon geweest.Iemand vertelde me dat ik aan het nesten ben, iets dat veel zwangere vrouwen doen.
Ik ben 13 pond aangekomen en heb gelukkig geen eet neigingen.Hoewel ik vaak wel trek heb in ijs. Ik ben gestopt met zout te eten en probeer zoveel mogelijk voedsel te mijden met veel sodium erin. S'avonds heb ik nogal last van opgezwollen benen en dat voelt niet lekker aan. Ik drink veel water en dat helpt.
Aha ik moet dus meer beweging hebben, maar ik heb het te druk met schilderen :)
Ik ben afgelopen Woensdag bij de mijn kraamvrouw geweest,alles gaat goed. Mijn buik maat is 27 cm dus dat is een goed gemiddelde.De maat gaat met hoeveel weken je zwanger bent.Om in het gemiddelde te zijn moet je +1,-1 cm of gelijk aan de hoeveelheid weken zijn. De kraamvrouw vind dat mijn buikspieren erg strak zijn elke keer wanneer ze de maat opneemt. Ze zegt dat dit een van de redenen is waarom mijn buik er minder zwanger uitziet dan bij andere zwangere vrouwen. Ze nam nog een bloedtest om te kijken of mijn ijzer gehalte goed is.Het resultaat krijg ik met de volgende afspraak.
De baby haar hartslag is 130-139, Ze lag te slapen.
Ik zit er over te denken om een 3D ultra sound te laten maken. Ik weet het nog niet want ik wil het eerst met Albert bespreken.De foto's zien er een beetje eng uit....Kijk maar op Google dan zie je wat ik bedoel.Maar het is wel cool om te zien hoe ze eruit ziet voordat ze geboren is. Ik laat julie wel weten wat we beslissen.
Wel ik ga weer stoppen want ik moet verder met schilderen.

I saw my midwife on Wednesday and all going well so far. My belly measured 27 cm so I'm average. Size goes with the week and be in the middle must be +1, -1 or equal to the number of weeks. My midwife found my abdominos are very strong each time she takes my measure. She told me that this is one reason why my stomach does not parrait huge. She gave me blood tests to check if my iron is at the right level. I would know in two weeks at my next appointment. The baby's heart beat a 130-139, it was to repot.
I started thinking if I should go to echo 3D. I do not know yet because I have to talk to Albert. Strongly believes that I am not because I find the pictures a little "freaky". Go on google and you'll see what I mean. It's still cool to see what they look like. In any case I wish you would run to our decision.
